This relay is the same relay as the automatic Nagares RDT / 3-12 and the E-772 with the difference that the cut current is 13v when the others is 12.6V. With this it is possible to maintain the starting battery with a higher charge level than in the others. It is also made in Spain.
This type of relay is installed between the starting battery (main) of the vehicle and the secondary one, separating them from the starting one when the vehicle is not running and preventing the starting one from being discharged. It is essential for any camperización with additional auxiliary batteries.
The installation is very simple, just connect the two batteries to the relay and the third pin (type faston) to the mass of the vehicle. In the traditional ones, such as the Nagares RL / 180-12, one pin must be connected to the D + coming from the alternator.
The novelty of this load relay is that the installation is reduced to connecting the two batteries together and intercalating the relay between them.
